Cacao + Movement + Kundalini Rising + Meditation + Women’s gathering

This event is all about somatic work. Releasing all the rawness that wants to come out to the light. It’s time to feel it and embrace it. Through the medicine of cacao, delicious music and guided somatic practice we will awaken our inner wild woman through movement.

First cacao will guide us to open our hearts and sink into presence.
Then we will continue with Somatic movement practices. Part guided at the beginning, part free movement after.
We round up with a guided meditation and a sharing circle to come back to calm.

In this event we will:
• Go from head to heart
• Sink more in your body
• Awaken inner fire AKA sensual and creative energy
• Playing with the unseen, raw sides of your feminine energy
• Feel good in your own body
• Release emotions
• Part guided movement, part free movement
• Safe and inviting ambiance to come into your wild woman

These evenings are accessible to any woman who wants to get to know and feel themselves on a deeper level, from within. Maybe you are interested in ecstatic dance, but close up if there are men or you don't have any guidance at first. This space will offer you plenty of room for expression and discovery in safe and comfortable space. Sinking into your own body and from there connecting with other women.

When: Saturday 3rd of February
Time: starts at 19:00 - 21.00
Contribution: €30.- (Early Bird - until Sunday the 28th)
€45.- Regular ticket

Address: To be shared once you get your ticket (Lunetten area, Utrecht)
Free parking in front of the door.
Come with comfortable clothes that you can move in.
We have space for 15 women from all ages.

*Ceremonial doses of Cacao are not recommended for somebody who is taking antidepressants (Cacao contains MAO inhibitors), has a serious heart condition, has very high blood pressure or suffers epilepsy. If you unsubscribe after registration, the money-back agreements are:
Use your ticket as a spot for the next gathering.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the first workshop in the series: 50% return.
Cancellations later than 2 weeks before the workshop will not receive a refund.
