In daily life we tend to avoid or walk away from upcoming feelings that might feel uncomfortable. In this ceremony we facilitate a safe space where we use these upcoming feelings as an instrument to find potential blockages, observe them with curiosity, accept, release and transform them.
We consciously welcome all emotions and sensations that we experience. They serve you, they make you feel alive, they teach you, they are part of you. Therefore we invite you to fully be yourself and open up that part of yourself that has been locked away for a very long time. Both your hidden treasures and your shadows.

Cacao is a medicine of the heart and a true heart opener. The small dose of magic 🍄 adds an extra dimension of creativity, energy, spiritual awareness, focus and depth to the inner journey. The combination of the sacred plants makes us feel open, connected and increases our senses and emotions. Everything feels heightened within the physical and emotional body, including your awareness to the deepest sense of self and to your heart. Zoom out from everyday situations and look at things from a new perspective.

Glenn brings people back to themselves, who are you in your true essence? We will use the breath to discover this. The breath helps you to come back to who you really are. In a few steps we will bring you into a deeper connection with yourself and from that space we build up the intention of the breath so that healing can come to you. A really powerful tool to release your old self and to become the new full you.

Glenn Salvesen is born in Norway in 1982 and has been living in the Netherlands for 34 years. He had a lot of challenges in his life that forced him to really take time to look at himself. He came in contact with Osho, for many years he practiced his methods, listened to the discourses and read his books. Later on he studied to teach people mindfulness with a scientific touch. After that he studied breathwork, teaching people a different breathing method. If you want to experience this blissful way of experiencing life, come and join us!

There are many aspects of spirituality that Lisa feels a huge passion for. She lets herself be guided by the power and wisdom of her heart in the work that she does and the places where she lives. The activities that she offers under the name ‘Beyond Egos’ all have the aspect of 'healing' in common. She works with people individually and also with groups in the form of ceremonies, workshops, retreats and private healing sessions in the Canary Islands (Tenerife), India & the Netherlands.

She loves to support people according to their needs and wishes with the support of energy healing, Kambo, Ecstatic Dance, Cacao & other sacred plants.
