Cacao ceremony - Into body & soul

I’m delighted to invite you for a beautiful journey on Saturday 4th of November, in which you can connect with yourself through sacred plant medicine!

I offer you to dive into your body & soul during this afternoon, by tapping into movement and connection with others through games and flow dance, by letting yourself guided in a visualization and sound journey, by activating and healing your heart space thanks to the medicine of the cacao. Being, feeling, and having fun!

••• About cacao:
Cacao was & is used by many ancient civilizations, mostly around Central America, to celebrate & as a connection with the gods to provide physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Cacao is a great source of many nutrients, anti-oxydants, and what we gonna especially tap into are her well-being psychoactive substances among which: Theobromine, “the awakener”; Anandamide “the bliss molecule”; Phenetylamine “the love chemical”; Serotonin “the calm & positive moodset”. This magic mixture is also known as a powerful heart medicine and personal growth supporter.

Clara is from France. She navigates between all her passions in the realm of agro-development, food & nutrition, art, holistic health... She just love to get involved into new projects and new creations and share it with others as a community, as close as possible to Nature and her true Nature. She hand-crafts her own raw ceremonial cacao from Costa Rican beans, and offers sacred workshops (bean-to-drink making) and ceremonies for a year, as well as free flow dance classes.



••• How to prepare for this afternoon of ceremony:
- Prepare your optional sacred ceremony bag with; bottle of water, items for the altar, an eye mask and anything else that makes this experience special…
- Dress in layers, you may get cold or warm and layers enable you to adjust to temperature changes easily
- Prefer to have a light meal before the ceremony
- Refrain from consuming alcohol, dairy, caffeine and prefer to be clear of other plant medicines the day of the ceremony
- Find time (in nature) to tune into your intention(s) for the ceremony

- A safe & sacred space with a small group
- Râ Ceremonial Cacao, hand-crafted in Almere (https://racacao.company.site)
- A cosy nest with yoga mats & pillows
- Music & instruments


📍 Location & Time
Our ceremony will take place in the magical space of Yoga Centrum Oosterwold - Ban Zhaoweg 10, Almere. It's possible to park your car. With public transports, you can come by bus from Almere Centrum (15 min) :
Bus 159 - stop Paradijsvogelweg, Almere Hout; we'll pick you up for the last 5 minut of driving.
Doors open from 14h50 and ceremony starts at 15h. Space will close slightly after 17h.
