Breathwork & Fascia Release

Over dit evenement

We start the afternoon with tea, taking a moment to ground and connect with one another.

From there, we gently activate the body through guided fascia release practices, followed by a 1-hour Conscious Connected Breathing journey. The breathwork is accompanied by a carefully curated musical playlist and guided with voice and optional touch.

There will be plenty of space for integration and grounding afterward. We close the afternoon in a sharing circle, where you’re welcome to share anything from your experience. Through expression and vulnerability, we often discover that we have more in common than we think.

Preparations

* Wear comfortable clothing so you can move and breathe freely.
* Avoid eating a heavy meal just before the event.
* No prior experience is needed.
