Heart's Desires

**Dancing the process of decision makings inside out**

Tell me honestly, how do you want to move into your future? Do you look into your to-do lists, New Year’s decisions, next trimester planer, or big “where will you be in 5 years” (if you didn’t give up on those) and feel juicy, excited, passionate and full-hearted Yes? If you do, you probably don’t need this workshop, and you can still come dance on good music and spend time in even better company.

Many of us feel drained though when they look at that bridge from here to where we want to be. If you are not one of lucky or wise ones to already fully embody your decisions I invite you to give yourself this day, to truly look into our Heart’s Desires, to move them, dance them, squeeze them, to remember and shape what matters to us, and from that place of knowledge create personal map towards the future you can truly commit to.

Yes it is only one day of gathering and dancing, but I will take you to exploration process led by 5Rhythms movement maps, and inspired by desire mapping, so we can re-invent our decision making journey. Linking our deep desires and “things that need doing”, put the meaning and wisdom of body back into our planners.

We will dance, we will write, we will hopefully get stuck and scared and joyous and excited, and learn how to move these feelings and flow deeper into the heart of the matter!
