I’m Joyce Mol, Certified Breathwork, Yoga & Fascia Therapy Teacher.
My work is rooted in softness, embodiment, gentle trauma release and nervous system safety.

I guide women in reconnecting with their bodies, awakening their feminine energy, and releasing old emotional patterns through:

Day 2 Feminine Opening

20:30 – Yin Practice

Day 3 – Deep Healing
08:00 – Yin/Yang morning session

No previous yoga or breath work experience needed. Any woman can join.

Massage Treatments
A selection of healing massages (fascia massage, intuitive bodywork, relaxation massage) can be booked during free hours for deeper integration and body release.

Sound Healing
A soothing evening sound bath using tongue drum, bowls, chimes and healing frequencies to calm your nervous system and open energetic flow.

Food
Fresh, seasonal, nourishing meals prepared with local ingredients.
Vegetarian and vegan options available.
