YIN & FASCIA CONTINUING EDUCATION IMMERSION
📅 18 - 23 April 2027

📍 Lot Valley, South of France

You can only guide others as deeply as you’ve been willing to meet yourself.
As yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators and bodyworkers, we spend so much time holding space for

others.
But when was the last time someone held space for you?

This intimate 5-day immersion is an invitation to step out of teaching for a moment… and become the student again.

To slow down.
To reconnect with your own body.
To deepen not only your knowledge of Yin Yoga, fascia and the nervous system—but your ability to embody what you teach.

Together we will explore:
✨ The fascinating world of fascia and its role in movement, emotions and healing
🌿 Yin Yoga beyond the poses
🫁 Breathwork & nervous system regulation
🤲 Somatic and trauma-informed practices
💛 Embodied teaching and authentic presence
🎓 Earn 30+ Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours

Set in a beautiful French château, this immersion blends education with restoration.

Think nourishing meals, peaceful mornings, time in nature, the Lot River, meaningful conversations and space to simply breathe again.

Because the most impactful teachers aren’t the ones who know the most.

They’re the ones who embody what they teach.
👥 Maximum 6 participants to ensure a deeply personal experience.
