Cacao & Sound healing - Deep rest

Join us for a relaxing afternoon with ceremonial cacao & a sound bath at Studio Altar in Rotterdam.

We’ll begin by opening the heart with a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, setting our intentions for the journey ahead. After that we’ll dive into a meditation to calm the nervous system. A sound bath using Crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments will promote even deeper levels of rest, healing and inner exploration.

You can wear comfortable clothes and optionally bring your journal & a pen. Mats, blankets and cushions are provided.

Contraindications:
Ceremonial cacao is a natural stimulant. Please consult a doctor and inform the facilitator if any of the following apply:
* Medication: You take antidepressants or heavy blood pressure medication.
* Heart Health: You have a serious heart condition
* Pregnancy: You are pregnant or breastfeeding (a smaller dose is recommended).
* Sensitivity: You are highly sensitive to caffeine or prone to migraines.
Note: Stay hydrated and avoid a heavy meal immediately before the session for the best experience.
