Op het strand, vóór Beach House BLOW, dichtbij de vloedlijn in Kijkduin, Den Haag.

Kom met ons dansen op een heerlijke zaterdagmiddag aan zee.
Voel het zand onder je voeten, de zon op je huid, de frisse zeewind en de vrijheid om helemaal jezelf te zijn in de dans. Of dit nu je eerste Ecstatic Dance is of je honderdste, je bent van harte welkom.

Wat kun je verwachten?
We openen met een verkorte versie (25 min) van de Heart Chakra Bewegingsmeditatie. Een prachtige beweging die stilte in het hartcentrum combineert met dynamische beweging in alle vier richtingen, wat een volledige energetische circulatie van liefde door je wezen en naar de wereld creëert. Dit is een meditatie waarin we de stroom van liefde door onze lichamen cultiveren: we breiden ons hart uit naar buiten in alle vier richtingen en ontvangen de energie van de wereld terug in. Onze handen en stappen worden een heilige taal van geven en ontvangen.

Na de meditatie zetten we onze **Silent Disco-koptelefoons** op en begint onze Ecstatic Dance-reis. Er zijn geen pasjes om te leren en je hebt geen danservaring nodig. Luister naar de muziek, volg je lichaam en geniet van de vrijheid van dansen in de natuur. Het strand wordt onze dansvloer, omringd door de elementen aarde, water, lucht en zon.

Je vindt ons op het strand vóór **Beach House BLOW**, Strandslag 1, Kijkduin. Dit is de laatste strandtent voorbij Kijkduin. Ben je op het strand, loop dan richting de zee en je ziet onze groep vanzelf of je zoekt een groepje mensen in de buurt van windschermen.

Parkeren
Kom je met de auto? Navigeer dan naar **Roompot Vakantiepark**, Machiel Vrijenhoeklaan in Kijkduin.

Langs deze weg is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Hoe verder je richting het einde van de weg rijdt, hoe dichter je bij onze danslocatie bent. Omdat het ook mooi weer is, kan het wat drukker zijn. Houd daarom rekening met wat extra looptijd. Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het ongeveer **10 tot 20 minuten lopen** naar onze dansplek, wanneer je doorloopt.

Met de fiets is het strand het makkelijkst bereikbaar.

ECSTATIC BEACH DANCE – SATURDAY 3 OCTOBER
On the beach, in front of Beach House BLOW, close to the shoreline in Kijkduin, The Hague.

Come dance with us on a wonderful Saturday afternoon by the sea.
Feel the sand beneath your feet, the sun on your skin, the fresh ocean breeze, and the freedom to be completely yourself in the dance. Whether this is your first Ecstatic Dance or your hundredth, you are warmly welcome.

What to expect
We begin with a shortened version (25 minutes) of the Heart Chakra Movement Meditation. A beautiful practice that combines stillness in the heart center with dynamic movement in all four directions, creating a full energetic circulation of love through your being and into the world.
This meditation cultivates the flow of love through our bodies: expanding the heart outward in all directions and receiving the energy of the world back in. Our hands and steps become a sacred language of giving and receiving.

After the meditation, we put on our Silent Disco headphones and begin our Ecstatic Dance journey.
There are no steps to learn and no dance experience needed. Listen to the music, follow your body, and enjoy the freedom of dancing in nature. The beach becomes our dance floor, surrounded by the elements earth, water, air, and sun.

You’ll find us on the beach in front of Beach House BLOW, Strandslag 1, Kijkduin.
Once you’re on the beach, walk toward the sea and you’ll naturally spot our group or look for a small gathering near the wind screens.

Along this road you’ll find plenty of free parking. The further you drive toward the end of the road, the closer you are to our dance location.
Since the weather may be nice, it can be a bit busier. Please allow some extra walking time. From the parking area it’s about 10 to 20 minutes to our dance spot if you walk steadily.

By bike, the beach is easiest to reach.
