Sink into your body's intelligence and open up to a new level of healing and self-love in your journey.

Our bodies are highly intelligent, and play a great role in the way we experience life. Listening to - and learning from this intelligence is a divine gateway to higher states of consciousness, awareness and love.

In this session, you will be guided through both Somatic Experiencing exercises and Breathwork.

Somatic Experiencing is a way for us to get out of the mind and into the body, tuning into its sensations, our state and our mind-body connection. This is a great way to get to know your body better - whether the connection to your body is a somewhat new concept to you or you have been working with somatics for a while.

Then, you will be guided through a breathwork journey. Spiritus breathwork combines both a shamanic and a somatic approach to the healing arts of Breathwork, using a conscious connected breath cycle to quiet the analytical mind and free the body and subconscious. This science-backed technique allows for deep healing of the body and is also a beautiful, natural gateway to altered states of consciousness and spiritual expansion.

You will go home with exactly what you need from the medicine of Breathwork and Somatics that day. This can be a regulated nervous system, a greater sense of openness and peace, a sense of lightness after releasing, a sense of love, and so much more.
