Over dit evenement
You are not as stiff as you think! Your body is constantly guided by your nervous system, which decides to move or to put the breaks. What if we can use what we know about the brain to unlock the range of motion you can actually use?
This three-part mobility series is a combination of strength, stretch and better connection between your body & mind. Designed not only to help you make quicker progress in your flexibility but also to maintain it without the overuse of your joints. Whether you come from yoga, gym, dance, climbing or are simply curious - you will have the space to explore and expand what feels possible in your body.
Alongside the physical work, you will get to try simple “brain-based” exercises (inspired by functional neurology) that can help your body feel safer and unlock range more easily—sometimes in ways that might surprise you. Expect a mix of playful exploration and science-informed tools you can take into your own practice.
You can join each workshop individually or get a package —

Let's put it all together - we will go back to some of the crucial moves from the first two workshops, adding the spine into the mix. You will get to practise upper and lower back mobility to reduce any physical complains and feel more capable in any backbends or forward folds. I want you to leave this session with your favourite exercises, which you can include in your regular practise.
We will explore:
- Core upper and lower body moves from the previous workshops
- Full body mobility exercises, that you can repeat at home
- Fun transitions to challenge your coordination
- How to maintain the practice for overall sustainability

What makes this a bit different:
