A TWO-PART JOURNEY: 28 September + 5 October (19:30 - 22:30)
I see it in the men around me, both in life and in the movement and dance community I work in: Competitiveness. Judgment. Emotional walls and filters. Loneliness. Confusion. Unworthiness.
We all struggle with the same things, yet we feel so alone in it.
The world needs more places where we can feel safe to struggle, and celebrate. Where we can fail, and we can win. Where we can feel supported, and support others. Where we can be real and honest with ourselves. Where we can share without fear or filters.
I believe that with the right space to be truly ourselves, we will be able to see, accept, and act from a place that brings us both happiness, and fulfillment.
This men’s group is to create that space. In 2 sessions of 2 hours (28 September + 5 October) each we will find:
• Presence & Movement
• Challenge and Accountability
• Celebration and Encouragement
• Authenticity, Honesty, and Vulnerability
• Support and Friendship
• Learning and Growth
This group isn’t about becoming something different. It’s about seeing, accepting, and expressing more of who you truly are, so you can become who you’re capable of.
Requirements: Men only. Must be willing to commit to both sessions.
“William Wegert has spent his life exploring growth, discipline, connection, and what it means to become the person you want to be.
His journey began at the age of 7 through martial arts, eventually earning his 4th degree Black Belt and building a career around teaching and personal development. Over the years, William has taught thousands of hours of group and private classes, built and run businesses, and traveled internationally through his work as a movement and dance instructor.
But some of the most meaningful growth in William’s life has come through doing the inner work, learning to be more honest with himself, building deeper relationships, and finding spaces where men can challenge, support, and hold one another accountable.
Creating men’s groups has had a profound impact on his life. They have given him a space to be seen, speak openly, celebrate his victories, face his challenges, and build meaningful connections with other men. His goal is to help bring men together in a way that fosters genuine connection, personal responsibility, growth, and brotherhood.”
