☀️ Hatha - Building Strong Foundations (01-11-26)

A return to simplicity, presence and the timeless wisdom of authentic Hatha Yoga. This session has a more workshop style approach to help you understand the foundational techniques and principles behind a traditional hatha yoga practice, such as aligment and opposition. The holistic sequence will guide us through pranayama, asana and nidra. This session is for you if you want to have a better understanding of the techniques behind a yoga practice, to help you in your own practice.

A Journey Through the Seasons
As nature gradually turns inward, you're invited to do the same. This three-part series follows the rhythm of the seasons: first a grounding Yin session to release and restore, then building strong foundations through a mindful Hatha practice, before closing the year with deep rest and reflection during the Yin winter solstice.
