Who is this class for?

For anyone who wants to feel stronger, move better, and start the weekend with more energy.

This class combines mindful movement with Pilates exercises to improve your posture, strengthen your core, build stability, and create a stronger, more balanced body—without taking ourselves too seriously.

We'll move, stretch, breathe, and finish with a relaxing guided wind-down, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged for the rest of your weekend.

No experience is needed—this class is open to all levels. Just bring yourself, comfortable weather-appropriate clothes, a yoga mat, water, and an open mind.

The class is held in ENGLISH.
