We are Franco and Clara, we met in Costa Rica one year ago and are now reunited in the Netherlands to offer you a beautiful journey on Tuesday 29th of August, in which you can connect with yourself through sacred plant medicines & healing frequencies!

••• You will navigate the evening with 3 beautiful medicinal tools:

- Rapé : Rapé is a shamanic snuff made from finely ground tobacco & a variety of other medicinal herbs. It’s a tool to open up inner channels allowing your body, mind and spirit to get a meditative state of consciousness in connection from the heart. The purpose of a Rapé ceremony is grounding & centering of the self and healing. The act of taking Rapé is considered sacred and a form of prayer by the indigenous Amazonian tribes who first introduced it to the rest of the world.
- Cacao : Cacao was & is used by many ancient civilizations, mostly around Central America, to celebrate & as a connection with the gods to provide physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Cacao is a great source of many nutrients, anti-oxydants, and what we gonna especially tap into are her well-being psychoactive substances among which: Theobromine, “the awakener”; Anandamide “the bliss molecule”; Phenetylamine “the love chemical”; Serotonin “the calm & positive moodset”. This magic mixture is also known as a powerful heart medicine and personal growth supporter.
- Music frequencies : Thanks to the grounding Rapé and the heart-openning Cacao, your senses will fully open, letting yourself surrender to healing frequencies as well as express your most authentic self through your voice & body in a safe & sacred space.


••• About your space holders:

Franco is from Argentina. Since very little, his constant approach to nature and intuition had lead him to get into the botanic field and the usage of alternative plant medicines. He has been facilitating Rapé ceremonies the last 5 years and create magical singing circle.

Clara is from France. She navigates between all her passions in the realm of agro-development, food & nutrition, art, holistic health... She just love to get involved into new projects and new creations and share it with others as a community, as close as possible to Nature and her true Nature. She hand-crafts her own raw ceremonial cacao from Costa Rican beans.



••• How to prepare for this evening of ceremony:
- Prepare your optional sacred ceremony bag with; a journal and pen, bottle of water, items for the altar, instruments, an eye mask and anything else that makes this experience special…
- Dress in layers, you may get cold or warm and layers enable you to adjust to temperature changes easily
- Prefer to have a light meal before the ceremony
- Refrain from consuming alcohol, dairy, caffeine and prefer to be clear of other plant medicines the day of the ceremony
- Find time (in nature) to tune into your intention(s) for the ceremony


••• What will be present during the ceremony:
- A safe sacred space with a small group in which you can share what is alive in you
- Rapé & ceremonial Cacao
- A cosy nest with yoga mats, pillows and blankets
- Music & instruments


📍 Location & Time
Our ceremony will take place in the magical space of Kokopelli, Amsterdam.
Doors open at 19h with a short welcome & space will close slightly before 22h.
