Ignite Your Radiance
There is a SPARK in you that wants to be lit!
When we reconnect with our physical body, the wisdom of our feelings, and the expression of who we are, we begin the journey to radiance.
Ignite Your Radiance is an Embodied Freedom weekend for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and each other through conscious movement, emotional expression, and authentic connection amongst women.

Together as sisters we enter a space where intuition, boundaries, and self-expression come alive. A space to explore what is present, move what has been held tight, and reconnect with the fullness of who you are.
A women’s only space rooted in the moment, courage, and connection.
During this weekend, you will experience:
- Conscious movement and embodiment practices.
- Exploration of the four feelings: anger, fear, sadness, and joy.
- Discover what you are angry about is connected to what you deeply care about.
- Practise to transform anger into clear action, boundaries, and embodied care.
- Voice expression and emotional guided movement journeys.
- Relational practices through witnessing, mirroring, and authentic connection.
This is an invitation to move, feel, and heal.
To express yourself more fully.
To meet your anger as a doorway to your boundaries
To reconnect with your inner fire.
To embody your radiance.
To remember the woman who is already alive within you.
You are also very welcome to start the weekend by joining the friday night Wild at Heart dance-evening.
Ignite Your Radiance is facilitated by Sybille Biedert in co-creation with Iris Savonije
Bio Sybille
Embodied Freedom is a conscious movement practice that uses workshops and dance spaces to reconnect people with their bodies, feelings, and authentic expression. Through movement, music, and embodied exploration, participants are empowered to feel, express, and integrate their emotional experience in a way that brings more clarity, connection, and aliveness.
Sybille is a highly experienced women’s facilitator, rites of passage guide, and community leader with more than two decades of transformational and embodiment work.
She is a mother of two sons and has lived for 23 years in intentional community at Tui in Golden Bay, Aotearoa New Zealand. Her work weaves together embodied wisdom, feminine leadership, group facilitation, and deep connection to land and community.
As a founder of rites of passage programs and creator of transformative women’s events, Sybille has guided hundreds of women through powerful journeys of growth, initiation, and empowerment.
Her work is rooted in empowering women to navigate change, reclaim their voice, strengthen their self-expression, and reconnect with their dignity, wisdom and authentic power. She creates courageous, grounded spaces where women can remember the strength and vitality already within them.
About Iris:
Iris is a somatic therapist and teacher in Utrecht, with a primary focus on attachment: our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, and the ways we connect with others.
She is excited to co-create a space of exploration, movement, and vulnerability with this beautiful team. When women gather, there is so much potential for radiance and aliveness.
SELF-RESPONSIBILITY
Ignite Your Radiance is a space where you are encouraged to listen deeply to yourself. You choose the depth of participation — we fully welcome your “yes” and your “no.” Your boundaries matter, and taking care of yourself is part of this weekend.
This space is designed to empower personal growth and connection, and while it can be deeply moving and healing, it is not a replacement for professional therapy. Your registration confirms your commitment to caring for yourself and honoring your boundaries throughout the space.
