A free, experiential introduction to one of the most useful skills we teach in the 6-week Self Leadership Lab: setting boundaries that are honest, clear, and protect your space and energy while staying connected.

You'll leave with tools you can use immediately. You'll learn to consciously feel and embody your anger, communicate clear boundaries, and stay connected to yourself and others.

In our experience, staying centered asks us to include our anger and become clear about what we are — and aren't — available for.

This workshop is an introduction to The Self Leadership Lab: a 6-week online course where you'll learn to lead your life, work, and relationships with more clarity and intention.
