During this advanced Tantra training you will explore how to

We all have different reasons for joining the Tantric path. You might aim for full spiritual liberation, awakening to the true nature of who you (already) are, or you might want to experience your live to be more peaceful, free, alive, juicy, joyful.

In this deeply transformative Tantra Training you will work on all levels. You will free yourself from mind created blockages, so your inner light will naturally shine out. You will cultivate awareness so you’ll ripen into awakening and you will work on ‘Bogha’, which means experiencing a good life, enjoying your human experience.


Our Level Two Tantra Training consists of two blocks. A 3-day non residential block at the Meditatietuin in Amsterdam and a 4-day residential block at Samaya in Werkhoven. More about the blocks you can find below.

WHY JOIN?

You were born free. But along the way you were taken by limiting stories of ‘you’ and ‘the world’.

We grab hold of these stories in an attempt to keep things in place. We force ourselves into a matrix of judgements of what is right and wrong and strive to behave accordingly.

In itself there is not much wrong with our mental narratives. But if we take them to be absolutely true we tend to become identified and hold onto them. By squeezing ourselves into this format and idea of ourselves, we limit ourselves and miss life as it manifests moment to moment.

It takes a lot of energy to keep our lives in place. When we are stressed and caught up in the mental “trance”, we tend to tense our bodies and suppress our emotions. By doing so we lose touch with our natural lifeforce, our vital energy. Life energy gets frozen. We live on autopilot, feeling numb, drained or cramped.


So what would it be like to feel free again? To surrender to love? To be intimate with life and to enjoy the mystery of the ever unfolding life force?

What would it be like to cease making an effort to become someone and instead surrender to being here fully.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?

In this profound training we start at the base — who are we? We cultivate awareness and explore our humanity. We let go of gripping and controlling and fully embodied we land back in our natural flow.

Topics that we are going to explore in-depth:

* Shadows | Kali | Yoga of Emotions | What keeps me from living freely? How can I be with the energy of emotions?

* On Death, Love and life | The cycle of life and death, the bardo’s, the space of awareness

* The Joy of Life | How can I let myself be touched by life?

* Divine Union | Shiva & Shakti | Fully inhabiting my body, surrendering to the totality of my experience

In exploring these themes we will work with meditation, profound Tantrik structures, breath work, inquiry, sensory experience, visualisation, sharing and contemplation.


FOR WHOM IS THIS TRAINING?

The Level Two Tantra Training is open to all humans.

Minimum age: 18 years.

This Training is for you if you aim for full spiritual liberation, awakening to the true nature of who you (already) are and/or if you want to experience your life to be more peaceful, free, alive, intimate, joyful.

A prerequisite for this Training is a foundation in (classical) Tantra. An advised Tantra program is our 3-day Level One Tantra Training; a likewise study/practice in another spiritual lineage is sufficient too. Some experience with personal development is recommended.

The Level Two Training offers a powerful stepping stone to our Level Three Tantra Seminars.

PRACTICALITIES


// THE BLOCKS

Our Level Two Tantra Training consists of two blocks. You cannot attend the blocks separately.

Block 1: Friday May 21st (10:30 AM) until Sunday May 23rd (5 PM), 2027

Three days at the Meditatietuin in Amsterdam without an overnight stay.

Block 2: Thursday June 17th (2 PM) until Sunday June 20st (3 PM), 2027

Four days at Samaya in Werkhoven with overnight stay.


// LOCATIONS

Block 1 will take place at the beautiful and spacious venue De Meditatietuin, Amstelpark 6 in Amsterdam.
Free parking on Sunday.

Block 2 is hosted in the unique and precious Retreat Centre Samaya in Werkhoven (centrally located in the Netherlands).

Samaya breathes sacredness and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a former monastery; many hours of profound practice has settled in its stones.

The rooms are comfortable and cosy and all rooms have a private bathroom with a toilet and shower.


In block 1 our chef Leonardo will cook delicious, vegan and organic lunches for us. In block 2 the Samaya chefs will nourish us with three wonderful meals a day. We will be treated well during our training.

* Double room with private bathroom: € 1.650 (inclusive of 21% Dutch VAT)

* Single room with private bathroom: € 1.795 (inclusive of 21% Dutch VAT)


For these rates the following conditions apply:

* Payment in full upon registration or

* € 300 deposit upon registration (non refundable), the remaining amount payable via invoice by March 21st, 2027

* Registration after March 21st, 2027 requires payment in full

If you require a company invoice, the listed price is exclusive of 21% Dutch VAT. Please email us your company details (name and address) and the program you wish to join, and we will send you an invoice. In this case, registration via our ticket system is not required.
