Domi and Lola take you on a deep relaxation journey with a full body massage and sound. Through touch and vibrations of sound we are creating a space for you to deeply surrender and let go of any tension stored in your mind and body. While Lola is giving you a full body massage Domi will guide you on a sound healing journey with singing bowls, gongs and other instruments.

The hosts:

Domi is a certified sound practitioner and with her instruments she holds space for you to journey deep within. During the massage Domi will play various singing bowls and other instruments whose frequencies will softly guide you to connect with your body, emotions, intuition, heart space. While you surrender to the vibrations of sound you make space and allow for the energy to flow through you bringing healing to all areas of your soul, mind and body. In this space you are welcomed and supported with unconditional love to surrender to the experience that your higher self, the divine within you wants you to go through in that moment.

Lola is a massage therapist for Five City Spas and will help your body and mind to surrender to the sound healing journey through the art of touch. Using various massage techniques, your entire body will be given the space to relax and recover from any tensions and blocked energies so that you can feel relaxed, grounded and rested.
