The School of Life & Death offers a deepening training day on seasonal celebrations. This training day is intended for people who want to create their own celebrations and rituals with the seasons, work with mythological stories arising from them, or explore classical themes such as life and death. Suitable for leaders, coaches, systemic workers, and (yoga)teachers.

Summer is coming and the second training will focus on summer solstice within the wheel of the year, and the place it occupies in the cycle of life and death. We approach this from the perspective of an overall diaspora—the idea that stories and myths have always travelled. It is likely that we have always been influenced, in one way or another, by these travelling narratives.

At the same time, specific geographical contexts have shaped particular stories and myths that resonate with place, land, and body. We are connected to our environment.

The training consists of an alternation between:

* knowledge sharing on ritual and summer solstice in specific
* a ritual that touches upon the themes
* designing your own summer solstice ritual
* performing, guiding or presenting your ritual and receive constructive feedback
