Midsummer Night — A Collective Body Spell

Midsummer honours what has come into fullness. A moment of gratitude—and of the untamed. The quiet bliss that arises when nothing needs to be added.

A touch of ecstasy: what unfolds when control softens?
What wants to enter when everything becomes possible?
What new ways of being are calling you?

If you feel drawn to shapeshifting, this is a space to practice receiving what arrives—in its full expression.

This ritual is an invitation to gently loosen your identity, and for one afternoon, explore beyond it. To learn through otherness. To move, feel, and experience from different forms of being.

* You will deepen your sense of home in your body by connecting with other possible bodies.
* You will learn to lean into life, rather than hold it back.
* You will meet what is most alive in you right now—and allow that energy to support and guide you through the summer.

We work with breath, movement, dance, play, object-making, and prayer.

P.S. When I use the word tantra, I mean classical tantra. No nudity included. Traditional breathing techniques that focus on life energy and movement of energy in the body.
