Kundalini NRGY Awakening is a gentle yet powerful energetic experience that invites your life force energy to flow more freely, helping you reconnect to your true self, your inner knowing, and your unique path.

In yogic traditions, Kundalini refers to a dormant, sacred energy that rests at the base of the spine. It is often described as the essence of Shakti, the divine feminine creative force. While it is distinct from everyday life force energy (prana or chi), it is deeply connected to it. Prana nourishes our system; Kundalini awakens us, when the body and soul are ready.

The Kundalini NRGY Awakening experience supports the reawakening of your energy system, your inner power and the expansion your consciousness.

In these sessions, nothing is ever forced. Instead, I as a facilitator act as a catalyser between you and the energy field and gently work with you to invite your own natural life force energy to flow, helping to clear blockages, reawaken your energetic system, and open the energetic channels or pathways (nadis) through which energy may begin to rise in its own timing.

In the Kundalini NRGY Awakening experience, we interact with a field of intelligent energy that meets you exactly where you are, facilitating emotional release, energetic healing, and a return to your own wholeness.

Life challenges can sometimes pull us away from our own core essence and purpose. Stressful everyday situations or traumatic experiences can also affect the body creating blockages in our system. Kundalini NRGY Awakening helps to clear, in stages, all that is keeping you from experiencing your essence and life to the fullest.

By inviting this energy to awaken, little by little you may notice blockages and stagnations fall away. It doesn't usually happen all at once, but rather at the pace that your body is comfortable with. Your body already knows what to do, all you need to do is simply to relax, receive and surrender.

This semi-private session is a perfect opportunity to experience Kundalini NRGY Awakening in an intimate smaller group setting of maximum 4 participants. Semi-private sessions offer more personal attention during the session. The session is held in a beautiful Bali themed healing space and it is guided in English, with Dutch translation available, if needed. During the session sometimes loud music will be played.
