Why do we ever stop playing? Somewhere along the line we might get told to ‘grow-up’. Deep down inside all humans are born to play. The Playful Revolution is here to re-introduce playfulness into our lives.
In this active play session we’ll get to play loads of physical group games, mostly celebrating collaboration instead of competition. We will start with a warm-up and some improvisation exercises for kindling spontaneity. Moving on to some more physical playful mobility and movement games. We can get silly with our social interaction and improvisation games and maybe slow down a bit with nourishing contact and a nervous system cooldown.

have a look at the instagram page to get an impression of a session. Each session will be unique, so you'll never have the same class twice. This is not your regular movement class and I'm sure you will play games you've never played before. Hopefully you'll take any of the games with you and play them with people in your own environment. Let's make our world a better world trough play; this is Playful Revolution.
