Over dit evenement
✨ Rooted Feminine Circle ~ Amsterdam ✨
A sacred space for women ready to reconnect with their inner power.
Your feminine energy is sacred.
It is something your body already remembers.
This intimate women’s circle is an invitation for you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your authentic strength. The circle will be held in a grounded and carefully guided space.
Together, we combine transformational coaching and embodied energy work, so that insight does not remain in the mind, but is felt in the body and integrated into your life.
What We Will Explore
✨ Transformational Coaching
(Social Panorama & constellation-based work)
Through guided exercises, together with Elina you will explore how you see yourself, your future, and the people and patterns around you.
This work gently shifts inner blocks, strengthens your vision, and builds real, embodied courage for the next chapter of your life.
✨ Kundalini NRGY Awakening ~ Energy & Embodiment
Lotte will guide a gentle, yet powerful Kundalini NRGY Awakening group energetic experience. Kundalini NRGY Awakening is a subtle yet powerful energetic process that invites your life force energy to flow more freely, helping you reconnect to your true self, your inner knowing, and your unique path.
In yogic traditions, Kundalini is described as a dormant sacred energy at the base of the spine. This is the essence of Shakti, a feminine creative force. While it is distinct from everyday life force energy (prana or chi), it is deeply connected to it. Prana nourishes our system, Kundalini awakens us, when the body and soul are ready.
During this experience nothing is ever forced. Instead, Lotte as a facilitator acts as a catalyser between you and the energy field and gently works with you to invite your natural life force energy to flow, supporting to clear blockages, reawaken your energetic system, and open the energetic channels or pathways (nadis) through which energy may begin to rise in its own timing. You simply lie down eyes closed, relax, and allow your system to open in its own timing.
In the Kundalini NRGY Awakening experience, together we interact with a field of intelligent energy that meets you exactly where you are, facilitating and supporting emotional release, energetic healing, and a return to your own wholeness.
This Kundalini NRGY experience may support:
* A deeper connection to your authentic self
* Increased self-love and emotional clarity
* A stronger sense of inner guidance and intuitive knowing
* More openness in the heart and throat
* Life flowing with more ease and alignment
* Confidence in your decisions and a sense of empowerment
* Support of the body's natural balance and healing
Every experience is unique and unfolds at the pace your body is ready to hold. It is good to know that during this session sometimes loud music may be played.
