Expect a music-driven flow with uplifting rhythms, spicy build-ups, and feel-good drops that carry you through the class, surrounded by an immersive visual experience that enhances focus, mood, and movement. Lights, sound, and imagery work together to create an atmosphere that pulls you out of your head and into your body.
