Singing circle 'Voice flow'

Be very welcome to join this voice experience. Together we will feel the vibrations of our voices. Feel free to participate in a way that suits you in the moment. You can use your voice, listen, move, laugh, cry, be.

We will check in and open the circle. Then we’ll do a short meditation and go into breath work. After that we will go into a voice flow of 45 minutes in which we can experience the power of our voices. Finally, we go back to the breathing, check out and close the circle.

This time, as it is the beginning of summer, you are invited to be aware of the energy that summer gives to you. Therefore, we can also experience the difference between inner and outer space. Being indoors during the singing circle, and outdoors before and after. Surrounded by walls, or by the sky. Where do you feel safe? What brings you energy?
