During this session at Hotel Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark, we begin with a calming sound bath meditation — allowing soothing tones and vibrations to quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring you into a state of inner balance.

Towards the end of the session, we gradually transition from a place of calm awareness into soft, embodied movement, inviting you to reconnect with your body, awaken your energy, and move in a way that feels intuitive and nourishing.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, clarity, balance or simply a meaningful moment for yourself, this class offers a warm and comfortable space to slow down, reset, and flow forward feeling lighter and renewed.
