Thema & intentie
De winter is bijna voorbij en tijd om de seizoenswisseling in te gaan. De dagen worden langer en steeds wat warmen in temperatuur. Voor we de lente weer ingaan nodig ik jullie uit om op een ander manier stil te staan bij deze afronding en beweging naar meer warmte, zodat de zaden die zijn gepland uit kunnen komen.
Samen met de prachtige kristallen klankschalen wordt er een klankenlandschap gecreëerd, laat je meenemen op reis met geluid naar binnen.

Het instrument is gemaakt van 99,99% kwartskristal en aangevuld met mineralen, edelmetalen en edelstenen.
Tijdens het klankbad is er geen sprake van melodie en ritme het is geen vorm van traditionele muziek. Het zijn geluiden die het zenuwstelsel tot rust brengen en jezelf in een bepaalde gemoedstoestand te brengen waarbij je je bewustzijn kunt vergroten.

De eerste vijftien minuten zijn om rustig je plek te vinden, belangrijk dat je op tijd aanwezig bent. Zorg voor warme, comfortabele kleding en neem een kussen en deken mee voor extra comfort. Na het klankbad is er thee en snacks met mogelijkheid om na te praten.

Contra-indicatie: Bij een pacemaker en epilepsie wordt deelname afgeraden. Neem bij twijfel altijd contact op.

The first fifteen minutes are for you to quietly find your place, it's important that you arrive on time. Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort. After the sound bath, there will be tea and snacks, with the opportunity to chat.

Contraindications: Participation is not recommended for people with pacemakers or epilepsy. If in doubt, please contact me.
