This introduction gives you a taste of the Star Sapphire process. It invites you to reconnect with your inner flow by bringing the inner male and female energies into deeper contact, within the space of meditation. The exploration of your inner polarity is inclusive and for everyone, regardless of which gender you identify with.

Through guided meditation, body awareness, and elements of Star Sapphire (male-female) Energywork, we’ll explore balance, presence, and inner listening – ending with a space to share and ask questions.

ABOUT OUR CENTER
De Meditatietuin, Amstelpark 6, Amsterdam

For a relaxed group start, we open the doors 15 minutes before the beginning. Please allow an extra 5–10 minutes of walking from the red bridge or main entrance.

Bicycles must be parked outside the park.
Good to know: you risk a fine if you enter the park with your bike (even if you are walking with it)

Wear comfortable clothing and bring warm socks or indoor slippers, as we have a “no shoes indoors” policy.
Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and blankets are available in the studio.
