Ik nodig je van harte uit voor een helende middag vol beweging, Contact Beyond Contact & dans in Rotterdam.

Deze (beginners) workshop is geschikt voor jou als je al eens hebt gedanst,
bijvoorbeeld ecstatic dance, contact improvisatie of andere vrije bewegingsvormen. 💫

Tijdens deze middag bewegen we door de energetische lagen in onszelf:

🔥 we verbinden met onze levensenergie
🤍 met elkaar
🌍 en uiteindelijk met onze omgeving

Ik begeleid je in een belichaamde meditatie, waarna we oefenen met bewegen vanuit onze authentieke essentie. We verdiepen ons innerlijk leiderschap en leren luisteren naar wat het lichaam wil vertellen. 🌊

De workshop biedt je:
✨ meer helderheid in hoe en waarom je beweegt
✨ bewustzijn op energetisch én fysiek niveau
✨ het ervaren van basisprincipes van Contact Beyond Contact die je daarna zelf kunt toepassen

En natuurlijk is er vooral ruimte om te spelen, flowen, verbinden en genieten met een fijne groep mensen. 🌀💃

✨ Dear beautiful beings, ✨

You are warmly invited to a healing afternoon of movement, Contact Beyond Contact & dance in Rotterdam.

This (beginners) workshop is for you if you have some experience with movement or dance
such as ecstatic dance, contact improvisation or other free movement practices. 💫

During this afternoon we will move through the energetic layers within ourselves:

🔥 connecting to our life-force energy
🤍 to each other
🌍 and eventually to our environment

I will guide you into an embodied meditation, after which we practice moving from our authentic essence. We explore inner leadership and deepen our ability to listen to the wisdom of the body. 🌊

This workshop offers you:
✨ more clarity in how and why you move
✨ awareness on both energetic and physical levels
✨ experiencing basic Contact Beyond Contact tools you can apply after the session

And of course, mostly, there is space to play, flow, connect and enjoy with a beautiful group of people. 🌀💃
