🌕✨ Full Moon Ceremony – Guided Meditation & Sound Bath ✨🌕

We warmly invite you to our Full Moon Ceremony with guided meditation & sound bath — a guided journey designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Full moons are a powerful time to release what no longer serves us and to make space for what we wish to welcome into our lives.

🌝What to expect:
We will begin the evening with a short introduction to the energy and theme of the full moon, shared over a warm cup of tea.

We will continue with a gentle energy cleansing to help ground you into the present moment and clear stagnant energy. This will be followed by a guided meditation to deepen relaxation and allow insights to arise.

During the session, you will have the chance to journal your thoughts and set intentions. You’ll also have the opportunity to pull an oracle card, offering personal insight and guidance.

We will close the ceremony with a 20-minute monochord sound bath, letting the colourful vibrations of sound wash over you in a journey of integration.

✨ Who are we & why are we doing this?
We are two friends, both called Sofia. Initially united by our love of salsa dancing, our connection has since deepened through spirituality and shared rituals. After hosting intimate full moon ceremonies at home, we felt called to widen the circle and share the magic with you too.

Sofia G loves creating meaningful and enriching experiences for people. She has over three years of experience organising events for her colleagues and recently qualified in neuro-linguistic programming, including hypnosis techniques that can be used in guided meditation.

Sofia O is an artist and qualified Reiki and sound healing practitioner who loves sharing her collection of instruments and healing vibrations, supporting you in finding inner balance. She offers 1:1 and group sessions in Utrecht, and loves to co-create with others.
