Join us for the Welcome Mush Holiday Special, designed to introduce you to the Mush Movement as usual, with a few festive surprises and seasonal extras to make this gathering even more magical.🕯️

🌱 What is the Mush Movement? 🌱
The Mush is a values-based, touch-positive community. The entrance into the community is a "Welcome Mush"—a one-of-a-kind structured cuddle experience combining touch-positive practices, non-verbal consent training, group nervous system co-regulation, and many-handed healing touch. Most of us don’t get enough safe, nurturing touch. Our cuddle experience isn’t just cozy—it’s a gentle reset for the nervous system, a soft landing for the heart, and a reminder of the wonderful feeling of being part of a community.

🤗 What is a Welcome Mush? 🤗
The Welcome Mush serves as an entry point into our community. This workshop includes:
✔️ A review of our community values and agreements
✔️ Non-verbal games and consent exercises
✔️ Teaching the power of nervous system co-regulation

This holiday special adds:
🎄 A warm cacao ceremony to open hearts and senses
🎁 A shared festive dinner to connect and celebrate together

First-time guests are required to arrive on time and participate in the full facilitation to ensure a shared understanding of our practices.

After the introduction, we share our technique to create a structured cuddle puddle that is ultra-inclusive and ever-expandable. After which we'll cuddle big time.

🧭 Our Values and Agreements 🧭
Our community is built on four foundational values that support everything we do. These values help create the kind of space many of us long for but rarely find—safe, playful, and real.

To uphold these values, we ask all participants to agree to our community guidelines, which include:

🔹 Love each other and keep it non-sexual

🔹 Celebrate playfulness
🔹 Be curious and have no expectations
🔹 Peacefully resolve triggers

🤍 What is the Mush Family? 🤍
The Welcome Mush is more than just a workshop. It is your introduction to what we call the Mush Family, a community that shares an understanding of how to interact and what to expect from each other in a platonic intimate space. As a Mush Family member, we encourage you to initiate Mushy gatherings whenever you feel like it, or join someone else at their home or in a park. This community is about making safe and loving spaces accessible for everyone, learning to love unconditionally, play together, and support each other.

💸 Regarding Money 💸
The Mush Movement is not-for-profit. All income goes toward covering costs, providing healthy snacks, making cozy improvements to enhance the experience for everyone, and supporting the people who keep the movement running—being facilitators, hosts, and management.
We believe that the suggested energy exchange of €30–50 helps keep the movement going in a sustainable way. We know that finances look different for everyone, and we’d never want that to be a barrier. If the suggested exchange is out of reach, just reach out—we’ll figure something out together.

Cancellation policy:
We understand that life sometimes takes an unexpected turn. And so we want to provide as much flexibility as we can while preventing disappointment of people who would've loved to join in your place.

Therefore:
-Until 24h before the start of the event - we allow you to inform us and change your ticket to a future Mush date without any charge.
-After 24 hours before the event, it will be very hard to find someone to fill the suddenly available spot, and therefore requests for refunds or changes will not be honoured anymore.
