🌬️ What is Energy Movement Lab?
It’s a space where movement becomes poetry. Where we have time do dive in deeper. Where dance is not about performance, but about presence and expressing your true self. Here we explore, play, and connect—with ourselves and each other.
✨ What to Expect:
We begin with a check-in: with yourself, with the group, and with the moment.
We ground through breath, connect to the body, and warm up.
Through different somatic exercises, dance tools and techniques, the breath and visualisations, we explore the full range of what your body can express. We work with musicality, spacial and bodily awareness and move between improvisation and creating choreography.
We make space to share, to be seen, and to move in community.
