WHAT IS A CACAO CEREMONY?
A cacao ceremony is a sacred shamanic ritual that has been gifted to us by the Mayan and Aztec tradition. Cacao helps you to awaken spiritually. It quiets the mind, opens your heart and brings you in touch with your true self.
From this place of deep connection, you can tap into the wisdom of your Soul and receive the guidance and insights that you’re longing for.
In a cacao ceremony, you drink ceremonial cacao with a clear intention for guidance. After that, you journey into yourself with the help of a Soul Journey meditation, breath work, music and/or ecstatic dance.
The loving Spirit of Cacao will guide you to your true essence and give you everything you’re longing for and more!
WHY ADD A MICRODOSE OF TRUFFLE?
Adding a microdose of truffles to a cacao ceremony gives you the opportunity to have an even deeper spiritual experience with your heart and Soul. Cacao already works beautifully to open the heart, grounding you in love and connection, while creating a safe space to explore your inner world. When you pair it with a microdose of truffles, it’s like unlocking an even deeper layer of insight and awareness.
The cacao helps you feel open and grounded, while the microdose gently expands your mind, making it easier to access the wisdom within you. Together, they create a powerful synergy—cacao holds you in a warm, loving space, and the truffles guide you to places in your heart and soul that you may not have reached otherwise.
This combination deepens your practice by quieting the mental chatter and opening pathways to clarity, healing, and transformation. It’s perfect for anyone looking to go deeper, gain profound insights, or connect with their true self on a whole new level.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During a Cacao & Microdose ceremony, you drink a ceremonial dose of cacao (35 grams), and eat up to 2 grams of truffle. This is combined with your clear intention for your guidance for the ceremony and journey.
After that, you will be led into a transcendent Shamanic Soul Journey. During this guided meditation, you will go on an inner journey in which you will tap into the wisdom of your Soul. From this place you can receive the answers and insights that you’re longing for.
In my ceremonies I also use music, singing and sound meditation. These vibrations will help to open you up. This will help you experience the magic of mother Cacao even more. There will also be sharing in the circle, and (journaling) exercises.
After the ceremony, you will feel relaxed, energized, connected, happy, and maybe even a bit enlightened.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Cacao is not a drug or psychedelic. Cacao is a safe plant and won’t make you high or hallucinate. Truffle however is a psychedelic and is not suitable for everyone.
You can not attend this ceremony if you:
- have heart problems
- are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- use the medicine lithium or tramadol.
- use antidepressants.
- use medication against high blood pressure.You'll be asked to sign a waiver before attending the ceremony. Please note that this not medical advice: consult your doctor if you want to join a ceremony but are not sure if this is suitable for you.

Hi! I’m Hailey, a Cacao Ceremonialist, Shamanic Soul Guide, Soul Purpose Expert, and devoted mentor for those longing to reconnect with their true essence.
My life’s work is to help you remember that everything you need is already within you by connecting you to your Soul. Through sacred cacao, shamanic ceremony, deep Soul work and the gentle power of music and ritual, I create spaces where you can listen deeply, rediscover your own wisdom, and feel at home in your soul.
My path is shaped by time with the Mayan elder, initiations in Q’ero and Core Shamanism, years of study with indigenous & spiritual teachers, and a lifelong curiosity about the mysteries of the Soul.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CEREMONY
- Wear comfortable and warm clothes.
- It's advised to not drink coffee on the day of the ceremony. If not drinking coffee gives you a headache, try to - drink less coffee and in a lower dose.
- It's advised to not drink alcohol or use drugs the day before and on the day of the ceremony.
- Don’t eat anything at least 3 hours before the ceremony.
- You can bring a notebook and pen (and crystals if you like).

Please note that tickets for this event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you can't make it, I can try my best to help you find someone who can take your spot. If no one takes your spot, unfortunately, your ticket won't be refunded. It is also not possible to transfer your ticket to a different date.
