Touch is medicine, especially when it’s offered with consent, presence, and care.
This evening we bring together two beloved platonic touch practices: the soft structure of a cuddle workshop, and the collective magic of the Mush.
You’re invited into a space where playfulness and stillness meet, where bodies can relax, and our hearts remember what safety feels like. Together we’ll journey through guided exercises that awaken awareness, attunement, and authentic contact, gently preparing our nervous systems for deeper rest, co-regulation, and that warm rosy afterglow only cuddles can bring.

We start slow. Landing in the space, arriving in our bodies, and meeting one another in curiosity. Then, through simple exercises, we’ll explore:
🔸 Verbal and non-verbal consent
🔸 Feeling and expressing boundaries and desires
🔸 The art of giving and receiving touch
🔸 Co-regulation and relaxation through the body
As the evening unfolds, we flow into the Mush: a unique cuddle structure that invites touch, shared stillness, and synchronized breathing. Imagine a pile of kitty cats and puppy dogs resting together, finding calm through collective nervous system regulation. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. Just presence and relaxation.
This evening is for you if:
🤍 You long for nourishing, non-sexual touch.
🤍 You want to feel your “yes” and “no” more clearly.
🤍 You enjoy exploring authentic connection in a consent-based environment.
🤍 You’re ready to play, soften, and let your inner child come out.
🤍 You crave warmth, oxytocin, and deep rest.
No experience needed, just curiosity and an open heart. You’re welcome to come alone or with friends. Every body, every gender, and every flavor of human is welcome here.

Mushing is a playful, platonic way of connecting through touch, presence, and care. It’s an intimate but non-sexual experience, grounded in consent and guided by shared community values that create safety and trust.
Mushers let their inner child come out to play, embracing silliness, softness, and curiosity. Through touch and co-regulation, they support each other’s nervous systems, finding calm and connection together.
At its heart, Mushing is about belonging, play, and the gentle joy of being together.
Please take a moment to review the Mush Container to arrive fully prepared:
