We welcome you to our Tantra for Couples Day Workshop; a powerful workshop for you and your partner in which you can slow down and rest back in your natural state. Time to show up in your fullness, come what may.

Time to unwind, reconnect, love, share, enjoy, be…experiencing the power and freedom of presence.


WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?

During this Introductory Couples Workshop we will work with practices like meditation, movement, breathwork, inquiry and touch. In a safe and open space you are invited to connect truthfully with yourself and your partner.

Our Tantric Couples Workshop will allow you to

* slow down and relax

* go beyond the ‘relationship stories’ and beliefs of right and wrong

* experience more aliveness and intimacy

* savour the relief of being whole (by including your shadows and desires)

The whole set up of this Workshop is not to do it once and ‘scrape it off the list’. It’s an invitation for reminding ourselves over and over again of the value and beauty of true presence and intimacy.

Joining this Workshop every now and then will change your way(s) of relating in a profound and joyful way.


FOR WHOM?

The Workshop is for (occasional) couples who are longing for true connection, for slowing down, for experiencing more aliveness and intimacy.

The Tantra for Couples workshop is open for men and women (regardless of sexual orientation); (occasional) couples with a minimum age of 20 yrs.

There is no prerequisite for this Workshop. If you have questions or if you would like a little more information first, do not hesitate to contact our support manager Heather.


YOUR TEACHER - Mirjam Maëla

Mirjam holds a master in Psychology and is trained as a coach specialized in working with language of the body. For 20+ years now she studied and practiced Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism) mainly at Rigpa and with Jan Geurtz. Nowadays her main interest lies in Śaiva Tantra, studying and practicing these profound teachings with Hareesh Christopher Wallis and Daniel Odier.

The beautiful and spacious venue De Meditatietuin, Amstelpark 6 in Amsterdam.

Please come in time so you can settle yourself (it can take a while to find the venue, so you might want to schedule some extra time).

Free parking on Sunday.

The workshop will be hosted in English or Dutch depending on the group
