Welcome to the circle of empowerment.

At the beginning of each month, on a Sunday, we come together in circle.

We begin with a grounding yoga flow (suitable for all levels), followed by journaling, a visualization practice and embodied movement. This practice allowed you to leave the thinking-mind behind and to connect with what is most important: you. 

Use this circle to connect with your feelings, your emotions and your inner wisdom to guide you on your path. 

The sharing circle is then opened for everyone who wants to be held in their own journey and to witness to each other’s becoming. You can share as much and as little as you feel comfortable. 

Wherever you are on your own journey - you are welcome. 

What to bring: Journal and pen, comfortable clothing, any item you want to bring that has meaning to you.

Circle language is English, but I support you to express yourself in your native language. I speak both Dutch and German.
