Come flow with us this Sunday morning as DJ Sefrijn will take you on an ecstatic journey that invites to connect with yourself and others.
For the past 8 years Sefrijn's musical focus has been Ecstatic Dance, catalysing this growing movement by playing at countless locations. DJ sets are always created in the moment, his music is carefully selected to offer diversity in genres, emotions and speed.
Sefrijn is known for embodying the music behind the decks, dancing along and attuning to the people. As a classically trained pianist he combines technical musical knowledge with a deep love for intuitive improvisation. Expect world music mixed with electronics. Tribal infused percussion, booty shaking beats, shamanic sounds drawing you deeper into the dance, soft ambient, playful acoustic or meditative esoteric sounds.
This edition will be a special one, including a cacao moment before the dance. Anna Heil will guide us during a 30 minute session to connect to the cacao, our bodies and our breath.
Anna Heil is a ceremonialist, psychedelic facilitator and birth doula, and she’ll will be guiding us through a connective cacao moment before heading on to the dance floor.
Besides diving a little into the history of this ancient plant medicine that’s currently experiencing a renaissance as a heart opening enhancer of creativity, focus and performance, we will fuel and infuse ourselves with a cup of this brown gold to jointly open the space for the day.
She will bring her gorgeous instruments and share songs while we enjoy this heart-opening and warming beverage.

ABOUT THE CACAO
It's delicious and safe for most people, although we advise people with heart - and blood pressure issues, caffeine sensitivity, with epilepsy, using SSRI´s / MAOI´s and women breastfeeding or pregnant to not drink the cacao. You are most than welcome during the ceremony and enjoy the ceremonial vibe created together. There will be music, singing and moments to connect with the other visitors.
- During the dance there will be water and tea provided (please bring your own bottle!)
- Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in
- We encourage you to join from the whole experience, please aim to be on time
- Space holders are present if there is anything you need
- Bring earplugs if you feel you are (more) sensitive to sound, it can get loud

An invitation to check in with yourself, to dance, move, enjoy yourself this Sunday morning!
Flow freely by expressing yourself through movement in a pure (without substances) and transforming way with respect to the people around you. The dance space is a phone-free and non-speaking area where we dance without shoes.
