Through simple, embodied exercises we’ll explore what day-to-day self-care looks like for you, without the need for long & expensive wellness visits.
How are you (not yet) taking care of yourself? What do you want to say ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to more often? Are you over-giving? And how can you ask for what you need?
