Uncover Movement – A Mini Course for Dancers and Movers

Uncover Movement is a playful and empowering mini course designed to help you connect more deeply with your body and unlock new layers of movement potential. Through a unique blend of dance, yoga, strength training, and creative improvisation techniques, you’ll explore how to build strength, flexibility, and control while also expanding your creativity and freedom of expression.

Each week, we’ll focus on a different body part, giving you the tools to isolate, strengthen, and explore new ways of moving with more awareness and ease.

This course will help you:

- Develop greater body awareness and fine-tuned control for isolations.
- Build a strong, flexible, and supported body that feels good to move in.
- Discover new ways to express yourself through creative improvisation.
- Enhance your dancing in any style with more ease, confidence, and artistry.
- Bring more joy and playfulness into your practice.

Uncover Movement isn’t just about technique—it’s about creating a deeper partnership with your body so you can move with more support, freedom, and fun.

Whether you’re a dancer looking to refine your skills or simply someone who loves to move, this course offers tools to enrich both your movement practice and your self-expression.
