The Northern Jam

Over dit evenement

Workshop by Andrea
Theme: Dancing Landscapes

In this workshop we'll explore how space and bodies can be seen as living landscapes. We'll experiment with the difference between offering structure and support, and with allowing these to dissolve and flow away. By sharpening our awareness and improvisation skills we'll also research how to come into lifts, out-balance, and dynamic situations within duets and larger groups.

Timetable:

13:30 doors open
14:00-16:00 workshop
[30’ break]
16:30 Warming up into jam
19:00 Cooling down and closing circle
