Join me for a transformative afternoon of connection, healing, and growth in this women's circle focused on self-love!

Together, we'll explore practices and insights to cultivate greater self-love, self-compassion, and self-care.

Through guided meditation, journaling, and discussion, we'll create a supportive and nurturing space for each other to share our journeys, experiences, and wisdom. Whether you're just beginning your self-love journey or looking to deepen your existing practice, this circle is for you.

About me:

I work as a coach and hypnotherapist. I help women release insecurities and fears ("I'm not good enough") so they can take their life back and live with more trust and confidence.
