A deep relaxing Sound Bath Session with an internationally certified Sound Healer.

Whether you’re looking to wrap up your week with stillness, or perhaps you’re carrying unspoken emotions, or you’re simply curious to try something new and give yourself a deeply relaxing evening, you're warmly welcome to join us for a deeply restorative journey designed to gently release energetic blockages and bring you back into balance. With grounding guided meditation, calming breath-work, and a healing sound bath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll experience a full-body reset.

There’s nothing you need to do; just lie back, breathe, and let the sound waves wash over you. This introductory session is open to nearly everyone and offers a gentle space to relax, let go, and reconnect with your inner calm.

What to expect:

We will begin with a simple yet impactful breath-work technique designed to help you relax and set your intention for the session.
Followed by a guided meditation; a unique, soothing practice focused on grounding, which fosters awareness of all the emotions and sensations within your body.
Then, you will enjoy the Sound Bath.
Finally, to connect with others over a cup of tea .
