🌀 A note from your facilitator
For a long time, I lived with low energy and a persistent sense of tiredness. It wasn’t dramatic — just an ongoing feeling that something was off, though I couldn’t quite name what it was. I also felt also highly sensitive — easily affected by wind and cold, loud noises, and strong smells.
In search of a way to feel better, I began studying my own energy system. I had a series of individual sessions with a skilled Energy Medicine practitioner, which opened my eyes to how much my sensitivity was linked to the way my energy was flowing — or not. Inspired by these changes, I went on to complete a two-year professional training in the Eden Method, learning in depth how to assess and balance the human energy systems.
Over time, this exploration brought real change. My energy and creativity returned, and I became more comfortable in all kinds of environments — no longer thrown off by the elements or overstimulation. I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you.
I’m now a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner, and in this series, I offer a clear and accessible map for exploring your own energy systems — learning how to test them, recognize imbalances, and support your energy so it can support you.

Energy Medicine is a gentle, accessible approach that taps into your body’s natural ability to heal and restore itself. It’s based on ancient wisdom and modern insights, yet simple enough that you can start using it right away.
The techniques come from the Eden Method, developed by Donna Eden—a pioneer in the field of energy healing who has been teaching this work around the world for over 40 years. Her books (Energy Medicine, Energy Medicine for Women, and others) have helped thousands of people reconnect with their health, vitality, and inner balance.
During every workshop there’s also space for your personal questions—whether you’re dealing with fatigue, emotional stress, or something specific you’d like to shift with energy work. You’ll receive individual guidance and simple exercise suggestions tailored to what you need most.
