The Inner Hive: A Women’s Circle of Embodied Listening & Shadow Work

Come home to yourself.

This women’s circle is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the deeper layers of your being — especially the ones we often avoid. Through gentle embodiment, shared presence, and honest reflection, we create a sacred field where vulnerability is honored and the body leads the way.

Together, we’ll practice listening to the body as truth, exploring what arises when we meet ourselves — and each other — with compassion, not correction.

The circle is held in the warmth of my home, an intimate setting that supports nervous system safety, emotional openness, and deep connection. There is no pressure to perform or be a certain way — only an invitation to be with what’s real, and to be witnessed as you are.
