Paint & heal Sensual self edition

A gentle space to reconnect with your body and senses. This workshop is an invitation to come back to your sensual self, the part of you that lives in your body, moves slowly, and feels deeply. Sensuality is about presence. It’s about slowing down, softening, tuning into your senses, and following your own rhythm and desires.

For this edition, I’m collaborating with @cacaosisters_ their cacao is carefully sourced from Venezuela. The word cacao comes from the Mayan language, meaning “heart blood” and “drinking together.” This beautifully reflects the essence of the evening, using cacao to open your heart and deepen your connection with yourself and others.

Through painting, journaling, and sharing, we’ll explore what sensuality means to you, not as something to perform, but as something to feel and express in your own way.
