Would you like to feel more energized, grounded, and emotionally balanced—without needing to meditate for hours or memorize complex techniques?
In this 7-part hands-on workshop series, you’ll learn how to work with your body’s own energy systems to feel better—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
You can choose to join one workshop or sign up for the entire series (however many are left).
✨ In our In our last workshop of the series on 28 July we’ll focus on helping your body and energy system let go of what you no longer need — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
✨ You’ll learn gentle techniques to help let go of grief, energetic congestion, and clutter—creating a sense of lightness and clarity.
✨ This is also a time to integrate everything you’ve learned, so you can carry these tools forward with confidence and ease.
✨ We’ll work with two energy pathways that support release and renewal, helping you breathe more freely—both physically and energetically.

• Methodology: Based on the Eden Energy Medicine approach, practiced worldwide for over three decades.
Energy Medicine is a gentle, accessible approach that taps into your body’s natural ability to heal and restore itself. It’s based on ancient wisdom and modern insights, yet simple enough that you can start using it right away.
The techniques come from the Eden Method, developed by Donna Eden—a pioneer in the field of energy healing who has been teaching this work around the world for over 40 years. Her books (Energy Medicine, Energy Medicine for Women, and others) have helped thousands of people reconnect with their health, vitality, and inner balance.
I’m a certified practitioner of the Eden Method, currently completing the final stage of my two-year training. These tools have been a key part of my own healing from chronic fatigue, and I’m excited to share them in a down-to-earth, experiential way.
Each session offers practical tools and guided experiences, including:
• Easy exercises to boost vitality and release stress
• Energy testing to listen to your body’s signals
• Techniques for grounding, boundaries, and emotional safety
• Partner practices to share with loved ones
You’ll also get to know the different energy systems that make up your body—like the aura, chakras, and meridians—and learn how to sense what kind of support they need. Step by step, you’ll discover how to work with these systems in simple ways that help you feel more balanced, resilient, and connected.
There’s also space for your personal questions—whether you’re dealing with fatigue, emotional stress, or something specific you’d like to shift with energy work. You’ll receive individual guidance and simple exercise suggestions tailored to what you need most.
