Join Jennifer for a 2-hour cacao ceremony dedicated to the art of intentional living. In a world that moves fast, this session invites you to slow down, be fully present, and honor the sacredness of each moment.
Cacao has long been used as a heart-opening plant medicine, helping us tune into our inner world with more clarity and connection. Through meditation, mudras, journaling, and visualization, we’ll explore how to bring more presence, creativity, and depth into our lives.
This ceremony is an invitation to reconnect with yourself—allowing inspiration to flow and presence to deepen.
ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer has been guiding cacao ceremonies for several years, creating spaces of connection, reflection, and deep listening. She completed an immersive cacao training with Britta Waechter and a Reiki training, both of which inform her approach to working with cacao as a sacred ritual. Her sessions blend meditation, intentional movement, and intuitive practices to support inner clarity and embodiment.

WHAT TO BRING
To fully embrace the gentle energy of cacao, we recommend arriving with an empty belly. Please bring a journal and pen, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy—such as a sweater or warm socks. Mats, pillows, and tea will be provided.
