On this first day of June we gather again at Vogelfrei! we'll come together to explore movement and dancing through "Contact Beyond Contact" (CBC), guided by Yarun Dee. This immersive experience will add new dimensions to your ecstatic dance practice.
After this we have DJ Roos Diana accompanying us with her DJ set and live music afterwards.

Guided by DJ Yarun Dee, our workshop will empower you to learn a new language of movement and connect with yourself and others in a more authentic way.
During the workshop, we'll playfully explore new ways of expression and connection, learning how to lead and follow with greater sensitivity.

This is your chance to discover the freedom and joy that comes from embracing your true dance self.
Following the workshop, we'll take a short break to rest and recharge with some nourishing snacks and water / tea. Then, we'll dive into an Ecstatic Dance journey with DJ Roos Diana as our musical guide. As we move through this experience, you'll have the opportunity to integrate the CBC tools and principles into your own dance practice, allowing you to deepen your connection with yourself and others.

Roos Diana is an enthusiastic musician who, with her infectious energy, takes you on a journey. Originally a funk musician, she now finds her way in facilitating singing circles and the magical world of Ecstatic Dance.
Sometimes by singing intimate songs, sometimes by playing the coolest tracks. Always with the theme “how do I remain transparent with myself”. She can open different worlds in you with different songs. In order to invite the expressiveness and rawness of our being in the dance.
A set filled with world music, hip-hop/jazz beats, lyrical classical music, drum & bass and much more music that touches the depth, Roos Diana plays daringly and at the same time attuned to the field. A playful journey of discovery supported by her djembe and vocals.

After her set, Roos Diana will let us dream away to the sounds of her instruments and her beautiful voice.

🥣 Hungry after dancing?
After dancing, a nourishing meal awaits you, lovingly prepared by chef Isabella, who specializes in organic, seasonal, and vegetarian cooking.
Enjoy a warm, organic soup paired with fresh sourdough bread and homemade dips like muhammara, hummus and flower butter—pure goodness on your plate!

Please buy your food ticket before Saturday 31th 12:00 & don't forget to bring your bowl, plate, and spoon!

Come dance, move, enjoy yourself this Sunday morning! We from FreeFlow love to see so many returning as well as new faces each time. Flow freely by expressing yourself through movement in a pure (without substances) and transforming way with respect to the people around you. The dance space is a phone-free and non-speaking area where we dance without shoes.

Time schedule:
10:00 doors open, change, relax and get to know the space
10:30 opening session and start Contact Beyond Contact workshop by Yarun Dee
12:15-12:30 little break with nourishing fruit & nuts and welcome some extra dancers
12:30 start Ecstatic Dance
14:15 closing circle
14:30 chill out & lunch is served (optional, get your ticket)

Practicalities:
- During the dance there will be water and tea provided (please bring your own bottle!)
- Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in
- We encourage you to join from the whole experience, please aim to be on time
- Space holders are present
- Animal friends / pets are not allowed
- Bring earplugs if you feel you are (more) sensitive to sound
- Our events are for human beings from the age of 18
- No refunds or rescheduling possible
- Please note that if an event is sold out, the only way to get a ticket still is via TicketSwap
