Breathwork & Sound Healing Ceremony

During this retreat we are going to combine the medicine of breath work, movement and sound healing. First, we are going to experience the divine masculine aspect of healing through active breathwork and movement that require us to intentionally direct the energy as we move and direct the breath. Afterwards we will transition into the divine feminine act of surrender and receiving during a sound healing ceremony. This beautiful union will facilitate a deeper connection with yourself, relaxation, emotional relief and support in your healing journey.

The breathing technique we work with is called 'Connected Breathing'. It is a way of breathing that helps you to connect with patterns and beliefs that are stored in your subconscious and were perhaps suppressed. The technique helps you to let go of layers of control, the veil lifts and the emotions are free to come up to the surface. By feeling them, you can become aware of them and slowly start releasing them. The effect: stress release and relaxation in your system and therefore a higher quality of life.

Next to breathing together in a circle, we will also pay attention to connecting with the body and its wisdom. We will get out of our heads, deeply sink into our bodies and create safe space for you to go into your process.

At the end of the breathwork circle we are going to shift to the divine feminine energy of surrendering and receiving the sound medicine. Domi will play various instruments such as TIbetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and more. During the sound ceremony you are invited to fully let go and dive even deeper into your process. It is a great time to allow for emotions and sensations to flow through your body, integrating insights from the breathwork and allowing the sound vibrations to wash away the things that have come up and you want to let go of. This is the time and space when you are invited to allow yourself to be fully present in your body and your breath.

🌳 Itinerary: 4 hour retreat
- arrive 15 minutes early (3:45pm)
- Ceremony opening
- Shaking, dancing, body movement
- 1,5 hours of breathwork
- 1 hour Sound Healing
- Soup and fruit
- Sharing Circle

You can bring your water bottle. We provide tea and some light food afterwards.
-Make sure you haven't eaten too much beforehand.
- It is also nice to wear comfortable, relaxed clothing. Something you can move freely in. It is also nice to put on layers and bring nice warm thick socks.
